MindMint is designed to be used anonymously. You decide what to share, and you can change your mind at any time. Here's a clear breakdown of your controls.
Use without an account
MindMint works fully without an email address. All your training data stays on-device. No account is required to train, track your CFI, or maintain your streak.
No action needed — just open the appBack up your progress (optional)
Optionally link your email to back up progress to the cloud. This lets you restore your data if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

MindMint schedules local daily reminders on-device only — nothing is sent through our servers. You can turn these off at any time without affecting your training data.

Signing out removes your saved email and sign-in state from this device. Your local training data (progress, CFI, streak) remains on the device until you reset or delete the app.
Profile → Sign outReset local progress
Clears all local session data, CFI score, and streak from this device. Use this if you want to start fresh without deleting your account. Backed-up data is not affected.
Profile → Reset ProgressDelete your account
Permanently removes your account and all server-side data. This cannot be undone. Local device data is also cleared. You can also do this in-app.
Profile → Delete accountAccount deletion — what happens
Tap "Delete account" in the app
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account. You'll see a confirmation prompt. This initiates the deletion immediately.
Local data is cleared immediately
Your on-device progress, streak, CFI, and sign-in state are wiped instantly on the device you're using.
Server data is permanently deleted
Your account and all associated server-side data (email, backed-up progress, session records) are scheduled for permanent deletion. This completes within 7 days.
Can't access the app? Email us.
If you can't complete deletion in-app (e.g. you no longer have access to the device), contact us and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 days.
