Frequently asked questions

What is the Cognitive Fitness Index (CFI)?
Your CFI is a 0–100 score that represents your overall cognitive performance across five brain domains: Memory, Focus, Speed, Reasoning, and Language. It updates after each training session based on your accuracy, reaction time, and improvement trends.
How do I back up my progress?
Go to Profile → Connect Email. Enter your email address and verify it with the one-time code we send. Once connected, your progress is automatically synced and can be restored if you switch devices.
I didn't receive my verification code. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and tap "Resend code." If you still don't receive it, contact us at prakaku@gmail.com with your email address and we'll look into it.
How do I turn off daily reminders?
You can disable reminders in two ways: (1) Open the MindMint app → Profile → Notifications and toggle off. (2) Go to your iPhone Settings → MindMint → Notifications and disable from there.
How do I delete my account?
Open the MindMint app → Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your data. If you encounter any issues, contact us and we will process the deletion manually within 7 days.
How do I reset my local progress?
Go to Profile → Reset Progress. This clears your local session data and streak. If your progress is backed up to an email account, you can restore it afterward by connecting your email again.
Is MindMint appropriate for all ages?
MindMint is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The puzzles and content assume adult reading and reasoning levels.
How many puzzles does a daily session include?
Each daily training session includes 5 puzzles drawn across your active domains. Sessions are designed to take 5–8 minutes. You can train again after completing your daily session — practice sessions don't affect your CFI score.
